Welcome to the support center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

In most cases we will be able to help you better if you contribute code and data to reproduce your problem.

Please take the time before submitting a bug to minimally reproduce the problem, by creating a small project that exactly shows what the problem is.

Further Steps:

Step 1: If you have a network stream that doesn't work or crashes, please submit a Wireshark PCAP trace.
Step 2: If you have a video/audio decoding problem, please submit the frames that caused the problem.
Step 3: If you have any other problem, please submit the context (stack-trace, exception) and possible logs that help us pinpoint your problem faster.
